Helping Others Reach New Heights: Meet Denarrius Morgan

Denarrius joined Easterseals Southern Georgia in August 2024 and says one of the things he enjoys most about his job is the people he works alongside. Together, he and his coworkers share a commitment to providing quality services and helping individuals with disabilities work toward their goals.

For Denarrius, some of the most rewarding moments come when he sees an individual he supports gain employment or become more productive and independent.

His motivation is rooted in a desire to see others succeed while continuing to grow himself.

“My passion to see people do better and to challenge myself to new heights.”

That passion fits naturally with his role in Vocational Services, where helping individuals recognize their strengths, develop skills, and discover meaningful employment opportunities can have a lasting impact.

When asked what message he would share with the community about Easterseals, Denarrius summed it up in four simple words:

“Come as you are.”

It’s a message that reflects the welcoming spirit at the heart of Easterseals—meeting people where they are, recognizing their individual abilities, and empowering them to move toward where they want to be.

Outside of Easterseals, Denarrius stays busy. He enjoys working out, gaming, watching anime, and listening to Japanese music. He also gives back to his community by coaching at a local high school. Denarrius comes from a kind and welcoming family that values helping others and making new friends—values that are reflected in the way he approaches his work.
