Amy Hughes serves as Corporate Compliance Officer for Easterseals Southern Georgia and Northwest Florida, where she is responsible for ensuring that programs meet or exceed all industry standards and regulatory requirements. Her role includes developing and implementing organizational policies, conducting internal audits, and providing training and guidance to staff across the agency.
Amy brings more than 20 years of experience with Easterseals. She began her career as a Residential Manager and transitioned into an administrative role in 2007, where she has continued to strengthen compliance practices and support high-quality service delivery.
Amy’s deep institutional knowledge and commitment to accountability play a critical role in supporting Easterseals’ mission and ensuring safe, effective services for the individuals and families served.
