Kowana McKinney

Kowana is a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator at Easterseals, bringing many years of experience across a variety of roles within the organization. In her current position, she focuses on recruiting and onboarding talented direct care professionals while building strong relationships with candidates who are eager to learn about Easterseals. Kowana is committed to clear communication and works hard to ensure every new hire has a positive and welcoming onboarding experience.
