Kristen Beaty

Kristen Beaty serves as Human Resources Administrative Assistant for Easterseals Southern Georgia, joining the organization in 2025 after transitioning from the library field. She provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department, including maintaining personnel records, supporting reporting requirements, and assisting staff and candidates with inquiries.

Kristen enjoys tasks such as data entry and onboarding new hires, and she takes pride in helping create a smooth and supportive experience for employees. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gaming, and baking. She is newly married and shares her home with two cats and one dog.
