Matt Hatcher serves as Chief Operating Officer for Easterseals Southern Georgia, overseeing administrative operations across offices and program sites throughout South Georgia and Northwest Florida. With more than 20 years of service to the organization, Matt has played a key role in guiding Easterseals through periods of significant growth and operational expansion.
Matt brings extensive experience in financial management and organizational operations. He began his career in public accounting and has a strong background in external audit and corporate finance, expertise that continues to support sound stewardship and effective operational leadership across the agency.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Kentucky and Georgia, Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky.
Matt is deeply committed to the Easterseals mission and to improving outcomes for the individuals and families served. Outside of work, he and his wife enjoy spending time with their son and daughter.
