Verdice Dudley is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to succeed in the workforce. With more than 25 years of experience, she has worked closely with schools, families, agencies, employers, and individuals with disabilities to support employment, independence, and long-term success. Her compassionate approach and “I can do” attitude guide her work every day.
Verdice is committed to exploring innovative strategies that promote job readiness, job retention, and personal independence. She holds ACRE and CBTAC certifications and is dedicated to serving and supporting others throughout their life journey.
Outside of work, Verdice enjoys spending time with her family and church. She is a wife, mother to one daughter, and proud grandmother to two granddaughters.
