The Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL) is a free and confidential hotline available 24/7, providing support to anyone in Georgia who needs assistance. When you call, you will speak with a professional counselor who is prepared to connect you with the necessary support services.

GCAL Services

• Trained and caring professionals who are available around the clock to provide help and hope in crises.
• Staff who guide callers through the process of choosing a service provider and even assist in scheduling appointments for them.
• Coordination with mobile crisis services to send a mobile team that delivers crisis intervention services or helps connect callers to outpatient services.
• Guides access to mental health services through 988.
