Easterseals Group Homes are licensed community homes designed for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, providing a personalized home atmosphere while meeting their unique needs. Each group home accommodates up to four residents and offers 24/7 care from qualified, caring Easterseals staff. Staff deliver a variety of support services that focus on activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, cooking, housekeeping, personal care, and participation in community activities.
Services are tailored to each individual based on their Individual Support Plan, which outlines specific goals and interventions. Easterseals Group Homes aim to help residents find a sense of identity and belonging within their communities.
