Job Placement Services

Workplace Readiness Training offers a range of services to support individuals with disabilities in transitioning from training to competitive employment. Participants work both independently and with support from an Easterseals Vocational Specialist.

Supports May Include:

• Identifying Job Opportunities
• Job Site Development
• Job Placement
• Job Retention
• Employer Training

In the Program, Participants will:  

• Attend bi-weekly meetings with an Easterseals Vocational Specialist for assistance with employment leads, applications, and resumes.
• Take part in mock Interviews.
• Be provided with personal guidance through their job search and hiring process.
• Following placement, the program participant will receive a 90-day follow-up to ensure job retention.

The level of support varies based on each participant's needs.
