  A week-long career-focused summer program designed to help students with disabilities prepare for employment.

• Job Coaching

  Job coaching is a service that provides one-on-one support to help people with disabilities learn and perform their job duties effectively.

• Job Placement Services

  Job Placement Services are designed to help people with disabilities transition from training to competitive employment.

• Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)

  A career-focused program designed to help high school students with disabilities prepare for post-secondary education and/or employment.

• Supported Employment

  Supported Employment provides integrated work settings for individuals with significant disabilities who may not have had the opportunity for competitive employment or who have experienced interruptions in their employment due to their disabilities.

• Virtual Reality Career Exploration Training

  Virtual Reality (VR) is an immersive and interactive training therapy that utilizes VR headsets to assist individuals with disabilities in exploring career paths and job opportunities.

• Workplace Readiness Training

  Workplace Readiness Training helps people with disabilities develop the skills and confidence they need to enter and succeed in the workforce.
