Celebrating Jaidyn's Journey with Easterseals

Jaidyn has begun her Senior year of High School and her final year of dance. It’s unbelievable how quickly we arrived here. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Easterseals for the 10-plus years that you all have provided the means for her to dance. There's no way to guess at the value of all she has received. Way more than the funds for dance lessons, she has received character development, strength, confidence, responsibility, dependability, endurance, ambition, ability to win gracefully, and lose with her head held high, to be a team player, a supporter, an encourager, to push beyond her comfort zone, to keep trying, and to inspire others. She'll never be the most skilled dancer on the team, but she is so much more than she ever would have been without the dance experience that you have helped us give to her. We will enjoy every moment of her Senior year, and we'll never forget that you all were a silent, but huge part of her journey. Although Autism is not curable, if you have the right team of support, you can watch miracles unfold in the lives of these precious kids. We thank God for your crucial organization.
